We are prepared for future but i think every one need archievement by himself and the family, very few people are thinking about the whole society...but every one should know that he/she has the part for TANZANIA development,we are in a great capacity of helping other people but we are binding ourself by saying that we cant, until we get enough money.. but if you re face full with the little one, you will also be to the great things..!
let me first start by saying praise Jesus brother. and congratulation for what you are doing.
this is very important to know;
1.Any changes begin from within some one before it comes outsides.
2.We are backward not because were blacks but simply because were blinds.
3.There is no move without a mover.

reasons;
-It is featured by unfair treatment which create the spirit of revenge within people when they will be in a position.
-It is too irrelevant to the exploitation of resources surrounding us, which we do not see coz were blinds.
-It is based on being employed somewhere rather than creating opportunity to be self employed. we are not created to be mover of our own development we depend on somewhere.
